What’s the first thing that comes to mind when you hear someone say “fabric car”? If you thought of the Czechoslovakian Velorex Dreirrad (pictured) then we’re not on the same wavelength, what are you doing on DARKCOLD?!

What I’m talking about is the BMW Gina Concept, one of Chris Bangles best (although older) designs which even by todays standards looks sensational. The Gina is unique in that it can “grow” structural components as required. It’s hard to explain so hopefully this video does a better job than I can.

Fantastic video of older twin turbo’d BMW E30 M3 up against the fastest (branded, production) Porsche - the Carrera GT.

Surprisingly the E30 is able to keep up with the GT on the corners but hitting the straights we see the GT pulling away. Of coarse it can be said that the GT driver wasn’t as experienced at the Nürburgring, and I certainly wouldn’t want to take any risks with a car worth that much.. make up your own mind folks!
