GM is doing something very bold with their new Camaro. From 2009 we’ll be able to buy a camaro body shell in white for the price of $7,000USD. They’re only for racing unfortunately and as a result have no VIN (can’t be registered for road use). Still, pretty cool that they’re giving people who may want it the opportunity to get into one the chance as opposed to buying it and stripping it down which is what they would have to do for racing applications.

Anyone who knows me knows (OK that’s a lie only maybe two people knew, but now you all know) that my favorite motor sport category is the Super GT (Formerly JGTC).. Anyway what I’m saying is they’re special to me so I thought I would share some rare footage of one of the old Skylines being tested without paint I found while in my internet travels.. this isn’t to be confused with the Amuse Carbon-R which is a completely different animal!
