The reason this is actually funny is it’s making fun of the Japanese Nintendo Wii instruction manual which had just itself been leaked to the internet. Some things were quite absurd such as not throwing your brand new (at the time) Nintendo Wii in the garbage. Thus why the flickr photo link is named “The Missing Pages”
