80% of New Years resolutions fail by February. I'm hoping that's not going to be the case for me because this isn't just a new year but a new decade and there's some big stuff that I want to fix.
I want to lose 25kg before 01/01/2021. My biggest problem is I never hold myself accountable so I'll just put it out there - I weighed myself this morning and I'm 125.4kg (BMI 33.7). I want to be under 100kg for my health, confidence and to be able to wear nicer clothes. Look out for occasional posts tracking my progress, hopefully the blog will be another thing to hold me to my word.
There are other things I want to work on but I don't want to bore you dear reader so we'll leave it at that for now and I'll get to posting more interesting things!
